It has 9 ft ceilings throughout and beautiful archways in the interior. The home has around 1150 sq ft of living space and a wrap around back yard.
The home is near IH 35 and William Cannon. It is served by Capital Metro’s 333 – William Cannon [pdf] and 7 – Dove Springs [pdf] bus lines. It is just a short trip to grocery stores and other amenities and walking distance to Langford Elementary. Accessibility features include a no-step entrance, wide door and hall ways, and levered handles throughout.
The renovations to this property were made possible in part by contributions from Home Depot and with volunteer efforts by Team Depot members from the Woodward store and the ASSET*AmeriCorps program. Thannas is nearing completion and we hope to have the home ready soon!
