Please note that all AHA! properties are independent living units. There are no medical or social services on-site. Administrative staff is on-site part time.

1 BR – $550 (30%) $972 (50%) $1,039 (60%) – Please note rents can be different if you are a participant in another program. In this case, your rent will be identified by your subsidy provider.
2 BR – $660 (30%) $1,098 (50%) $1,315 (60%) – Please note rents can be different if you are a participant in another program. In this case, your rent will be identified by your subsidy provider.
Our single family homes range from $975 – $1,275. We currently have no vacancies at our single family homes.
